At My Globel LTD (myglobel.co.uk), we specialize in delivering a diverse product range, extending from small consumer items to heavy-duty, commercial-grade catering machinery and refrigeration units. Because we ship various sizes of inventory, our logistics and delivery conditions differ based on the type of goods ordered.
ORDER PROCESSING AND DISPATCH TIMES
Standard Orders: Most standard stock items are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
Commercial and Heavy Equipment: Larger commercial appliances, built-to-order units, or items dispatched directly from manufacturer hub warehouses may require an extended processing window of 2 to 4 business days to arrange specialized freight transportation.
Dispatch Notifications: As soon as your consignment leaves the designated fulfillment warehouse, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information or carrier details will be automatically issued.
SHIPPING METHOD AND COMMERCIAL FREIGHT CATEGORIES
To accommodate our expanding product catalog, we operate a two-tiered logistics delivery network across the United Kingdom:
Standard Parcel Delivery (Small and Medium Items): Smaller packages and lighter goods are shipped via standard commercial couriers (such as DPD, DHL, or Evri). Delivery typically takes 2 to 4 business days from dispatch.
Heavy Pallet Freight Delivery (Commercial Catering Gear and Refrigeration): Heavy, oversized, or highly fragile commercial equipment is securely strapped to pallets and dispatched via specialized heavy-freight logistics distribution carriers. Freight transit typically takes 3 to 5 business days from dispatch, unless an express service option is arranged.
All delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our reasonable control, including adverse weather conditions, carrier operational delays, supply chain disruption, road closures, or force majeure events.
SHIPPING RATES AND FREE DELIVERY CONDITIONS
Small/Medium Parcel Rate: Calculated dynamically at checkout based on package weight and dimensions.
Commercial Heavy Freight Rate: Oversized items requiring specialized pallet transport are subject to variable freight charges calculated clearly during your checkout flow.
Promotional Free Delivery: We offer free standard delivery on select consumer products or promotional order values as explicitly stated at checkout. Please note that certain oversized commercial items, heavy refrigeration units, and remote delivery zones are strictly excluded from generalized free shipping tiers.
TERMS OF COMMERCIAL FREIGHT AND KERBSIDE DELIVERY (CRUCIAL FOR BUSINESSES)
All heavy-freight palletized shipments are governed strictly by standard commercial transport delivery terms:
Kerbside and Threshold Delivery Only: Palletized freight deliveries are strictly restricted to the external kerbside, delivery bay, or ground-floor threshold of your business premises. Heavy transport drivers are not insured, equipped, or permitted to unpack machinery, dismantle pallets, navigate steps, or transport heavy equipment inside your kitchen or premises.
Offloading Requirements: The customer is entirely responsible for ensuring that adequate staff or manual handling machinery (such as a pallet truck) is physically present on-site to accept, safely move, and house the heavy equipment from the kerbside point.
Premises Physical Access: The buyer must ensure that the designated delivery address can physically accommodate large, heavy logistics vehicles (such as 18-tonne lorries). If a delivery vehicle cannot access your road or business due to physical barriers, clear width restrictions, or local council traffic schemes, you must contact us before dispatch.
Where the buyer is uncertain regarding vehicle access restrictions, unloading requirements, road limitations, or delivery suitability, they should contact My Globel LTD prior to dispatch so that alternative delivery arrangements can be assessed where available.
Failed Deliveries and Redelivery Charges: If a scheduled freight delivery fails because your premises are locked during standard operational business hours, or because a heavy vehicle cannot physically access the site safely, the transport carrier will return the goods to the hub. The buyer will be charged a standard corporate redelivery fee before a second delivery attempt is scheduled.
GEOGRAPHIC SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS AND REMOTE ZONES
We deliver across the United Kingdom. However, deliveries destined for remote geopolitical zones, including the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, and the Channel Islands, may be subject to longer freight transit times and additional remote geographic transport surcharges. Any necessary surcharges will be calculated and clearly highlighted at checkout.
REJECTION OF DELIVERIES AND REPORTING DAMAGE
As outlined in our Return and Refund Policy, you must visually check the external packaging and state of the machine for transit damage before signing the driver's delivery manifest. If damage is discovered, you must either refuse the delivery outright or sign for it explicitly as "DAMAGED". All structural transit defects should be reported via email to hello@myglobel.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery to enable us to investigate and submit any applicable courier insurance claims promptly.
The above reporting timeframe applies specifically to transit damage investigations and courier claims procedures and does not affect any statutory rights that may apply in relation to faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods.
