How to choose

Decide where food is held: at the pass (heat lamps and gantries), on a counter (bain maries and heated displays) or on a buffet (chafing dishes and buffet warmers). Bain maries are sized by gastronorm pans, for example 3 × GN1/1. Check the power rating and the plug: most countertop warmers run on a standard 13A socket.

Is delivery free?

Delivery to England is free on orders over £50 (ex. VAT). For smaller orders, and for Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and BFPO addresses, the delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
