​3/5 Stars - Missing items initially, but finally resolved
​Ordered 3 shelves, but only 2 were delivered. The company initially insisted all 3 had been delivered because a photo taken at drop-off supposedly showed 3 items. However, after sending repeated emails, they finally acknowledged the mistake and sent the missing replacement.
​While I'm glad it was eventually sorted out, dealing with the dispute and the back-and-forth communication took way too much time and caused unnecessary stress. Customer service needs to be much more responsive when handling delivery discrepancies.
