How to choose

Decide what the unit is for first: storage (solid doors keep temperature most efficiently), preparation (counter fridges and saladettes keep ingredients at hand), or display (glass doors and multidecks sell chilled products). Check the gross volume or number of gastronorm pans it takes, the external size and door swing, and the temperature range. Leave space around the unit for ventilation as stated in the product details.
