How to choose

Size the fryer to your menu: tank capacity is given in litres (for example 8L or 2 × 8L). Twin tanks let you fry different foods without flavour transfer. Small countertop fryers often run on a 13A plug; larger electric fryers need a dedicated or three-phase supply, and gas fryers need a Gas Safe installer.
